Haven't posted in a while so I thought I would post some progress of my mini 'Bomber' Hopefully I'll have it finish along with some prints for a comic-con next year.

I haven't posted on here for a while, been busy working on a few things I can't show YET. Really exciting stuff (well me for me anyway).

Anyway I took some time out and came up with this pic of the mighty 'Galactus'

New Empress Magazine-Bond Transport Illustration

I was asked by the lovely folks over at http://newempressmagazine.com/ to illustrate a piece for there upcoming 'Bond Transport' article and here it is. My first idea was just to simply illustrate the Austin Martin DB 5 and with James Bond leaning on it. After I while I felt that it didn't really work. So this idea came from doing more research into James Bond imagery and also including the Lotus Espirit S1 from 'The Spy who Love Me'. Am quite happy with the way it turned out, but if I had come up with this idea earlier I would off included my iconic cars from the Bond universe.

I Introduce to you FAZER!!

After a few months of designing the first of the mech's for my comic 'The BIG Couch' I finally came up with a design that am really happy with. This is 'FAZER' and will feature in the first part of the series. Am highly influence by Neon Genesis, Patlabor, Appleseed and Macross which will show in the mech designs throughout the story.

These are more pages for 'The BIG Couch'. It's starting to come together a lot better than the first try at it. Using the same the process (in a way) that I do for my commissions has helped me a lot and I feel am producing better images for it.

This is my latest commission. They wanted to have something original and just let me go with what ever I thought would be cool, So was awesum to do and got a bit mad with the hair, tattoos and the colours.

Am really liking how its turning out at the moment and the direction its taking.

The BIG Couch: A New Beginning

After not working on The BIG Couch for a while I have had the time to restart it. The first incarnation really did sit well with me and I wasn't comfortable with the method I working on it. Working in pencil has never been really my strong suit and I feel it takes away from when I just go straight down with ink. So hopefully this new process (but it isn't really since I work that way with every other project) will work and i'll finally get round to finishing The BIG Couch.
So this is the first page from the new start and I really like how the it has turned out and actually represents what I do better.

DOGS WEAR PANTS

Unfortunately the zine has had to be put on hold at the moment. Hopefully it will start up again in the summer time. I really hope it does and then I can do more strips of "Hell Store" oh yes forgot to say that's the title of the strip.

BOMBER Mini Comic

These are the first two pages of my 6 page min comic "Bomber". It's a simple story of mecha against a weird triangle monster. Just keep this simple as possible because I've had to put "The BIG Couch" on the back burner. I haven't liked the way its turned out so far. So "Bomber is a experiment which I hope will help with "The BIG Couch" when I get back to it.
